With a maximum of 16 participants, our two levels of classes pack a wide range of mobility, strength and movement challenges in 1.5 hour sessions.

We offer two levels of class to accommodate all ages and fitness abilities. Choose your level!

INTRO NINJA

Our Intro Ninja Classes are designed for younger warriors, mixed ability groups and those who are setting out on the path to ninja greatness! Ideal for kids, families and those who are building their fitness and confidence in their physical skills, this session packs in a wide range of mobility, strength and movement challenges. Supervised by one of our friendly and experienced Ninja Jungle team members, and with a maximum of 16 participants, this class will see you work up a sweat, lots of smiles and a huge sense of satisfaction as you grow your ninja skills!

Class includes: 1-hr of coaching + 30mins Free style time on Ninja course

Ninja Comp Class

Our Ninja Comp Classes are designed for those who are seeking a next-level challenge! Whether you’ve worked your way up through our intro class, or simply feel ready to embark on more advanced ninja training, this session takes things up a notch. Suitable for adults, older kids and teens, as well as for everyday athletes and those training for events, this workout will push you to achieve ever-greater strength and movement personal bests as you unleash the ninja within!

Class includes: 1-hr of coaching + 30mins free time on Ninja course
